Joseph J. Staskal, 72, of Lancaster, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque, Iowa. The funeral service was held on Monday, Aug. 4 at 10 a.m. at the Lancaster United Methodist Church with Reverend Barbara Cook officiating. Burial was at Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster.
