Joseph William Phalin, age 95, passed away Monday, March 9, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Manor, Footville WI. He was born on June 8, 1924 in Soldiers Grove, WI, the son of William and Freda (Whitt) Phalin.

Funeral services were held on Friday at Ward-hurtle Funeral Home Evansville with burial following in Bethel Cemetery Center Township with Military Honors provided by V.F.W. Post 6905 Evansville. Condolences may be expressed at Wardhurtley.com.

Connie Marie Neeley, age 73, of Boscobel, passed away at home, surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kendall Funeral Service, 209 Mary Street, Boscobel. Following the visitation, Connie will be laid to rest in the Boscobel Cemetery. After the cemetery, Connie’s family will go to the Tuffley Center for food and fellowship.
