Julie L. Penewell, age 54, of Madison, formerly of Darlington, passed away Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at William S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital in Madison. She was born Oct. 27, 1959 in Moorhead, Minn., the daughter of Charles and Virginia (Warren) Bratlien.
