Kaila Ann Jenkins, 18, of Platteville, died on Monday September 26, 2016. 

Private family services will be held at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Dr. Jeff Jacobson will officiate.  Burial will be at the Whig Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Kaila A. Jenkins Memorial Fund.  Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.
