Kathy Mae Hoffman, 67, of Potosi, died on Sunday, March 26 at UW Hospital in Madison.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 10 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Pastor Mary Ann Floerke will officiate. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery in Platteville, at a later date. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
