LaVon M. Patzner, 85, Potosi, passed away Thursday, April 21 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Lancaster.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday May 5 at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Tennyson. Burial will be in St. Andrews Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be at St. Andrew Catholic Church on Thursday, May 5 from 9–11 a.m., followed by the funeral Mass. Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory in Dubuque is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Andrew–Thomas Catholic School in Potosi.
