Lucille “Lucy” Frawley passed away on March 23, 2025 at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Red Wing, MN surrounded by family.

Funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025, at St. Philip Catholic Church, 42678 Church Rd, Soldiers Grove, WI. Visitation is two hours prior to the funeral, Rosary will be said at 8:30 a.m.
