Max J. Fink, 91, of Belmont, died on Friday, Nov. 27 at Southwest Health in Platteville.

A private family mass will be held at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Belmont, but will be live streamed on the Melby Funeral Home Facebook page. Fr. Michael Tarigopula will officiate. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Belmont. The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family. Memorials may be made to the Max Fink Memorial Fund, which can be mailed to the funeral home at P.O. Box 245, Platteville, WI 53818. Online condolences may be made at www.melbyfh.com.
