Michael (Mike) Francis Collins, born in Edgerton, WI, son of Ruth (Learn) and Francis Collins on March 23rd, 1943, aged 80, passed away on October 6th, 2023, at home with his family by his bedside. 

In lieu of donations or flowers, Mike’s family asks that you schedule an annual checkup with your doctor to make sure you can be there for you and your family.

Per Michael’s request no formal services will be held. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
