Nathan Douglas Swallow died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, in Lancaster. Visitation will be held for Nathan Swallow from 10 – 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 2, at Melby Funeral Home, 1245 N. Water Street, Platteville.  A memorial service for Nathan will be held immediately after, beginning at 11 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a favorite charity of the donor’s choice.  A nice, long sip of a cold beer in his honor would be appropriate, also.  Online condolences may be made at www.melbyfh.com.
