BLOOMINGTON - Norbert Carl Moore was born on April 28, 1937, in Bloomington Township, to Marcella (Cathman) and Melvin Moore, the third of four children. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Bloomington with Pastor Mary Ann Floerke officiating.  The burial will be in Blake’s Prairie Cemetery, Bloomington Township.  Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials may be given to the West Grant Rescue Squad.
