Patricia Mae Weaver, age 86, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Orchard Manor Nursing Home, Lancaster, WI.  The family has chosen to schedule a celebration of Patricia's life at a later date, details to follow.  Martin Schwartz Funeral Home and Crematory in Bloomington is assisting the family.
