Patrick Dean Ostendorf (Ozzie), 64, of Platteville, passed away at Southwest Health Center on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023.

Visitation will be from noon – 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 3, at Melby Funeral Home in Platteville. Following visitation, there will be a Celebration of Life starting at 3pm at Crossroads Supper Club in Arthur.
