Ralph C. "Spike" Brogley, 80, of Cuba City, died Thursday, Dec. 27, at home.  Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31, at Faith Lutheran Church in Cuba City with Pastor Calvin Hughes officiating.  Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Platteville.  Friends called from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City.  Friends may also call from noon until 1:15 p.m. Monday at the church before the service.
