Rick Randall Haskins, 68, of Richland Center died on the 11th of August 2023, at Meriter Hospital. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023, at Rick’s home, 25522 Santa Klaus Lane, from 2-4 p.m. with a time of sharing at 3 p.m. Military rites will be provided by the Local Military Memorial Honors Unit following the time of sharing. A gathering and luncheon will be held at the American Legion on Friday, September 15, 2023, from 4-6 p.m.
