LANCASTER—Robert A. “Bob” Eck will be fishing in heaven from now on. He passed away peacefully after a long hard battle on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017.

Memorial services along with military honors were held on Sunday, Feb. 19, at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Lancaster with Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating.  Burial will be at a later date. Connie Marie Neeley, age 73, of Boscobel, passed away at home, surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kendall Funeral Service, 209 Mary Street, Boscobel. Following the visitation, Connie will be laid to rest in the Boscobel Cemetery. After the cemetery, Connie’s family will go to the Tuffley Center for food and fellowship.
