Robert L. Harlan, age 82, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, at his residence in Madison. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 2418 N. Sherman Avenue, Madison, on Friday, Oct. 14. A memorial service will be held at Pratt Funeral Home, 120 N. Park St., Richland Center, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, with visitation from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Richland Center.  A reception for friends and relatives will be held at First Baptist Church in Richland Center following burial.
