BLOOMINGTON—Robert Monroe “Skip” Raisbeck, age 84, of Bloomington passed away Friday, Sept. 8, 2017 at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 14, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington with Father John Meinholz officiating. Burial will be in Dodge Cemetery, Beetown Township. Friends may call on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the church.
