Robert P. “Bob” Morgan, 71, Prairie du Chien, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023, peacefully in his sleep.

The funeral service and Military Honors will be held on Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster with Father Mark Miller officiating.
