Ruth A. Mergen, age 84, formerly of Bloomington, WI, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at Prairie Maison in Prairie du Chien.  A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 22, 2024, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington with Father Steve Brunner officiating. A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 21, at the church and again on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
