Sally C. (James) Kinney, 89, Blue River, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2020 in El Reno, OK.
Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021  at 11 a.m. at  the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.  Chris Simonson will officiate. 
Friends may call on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.  Private burial will be in the Blue River Cemetery, Blue River
