Rev. Dr. Steven A. Fossum, age 82, of Viroqua, WI, was united with his Lord and Savior into eternal life on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.  As a man who exemplified the immortal values of faith, hope, and love, Pastor Steve devoted his life to the power of love.  He was a lover of all he knew – his family, friends and colleagues, and above all God. 

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Viroqua.  Burial followed in the Viroqua Cemetery.  Visitation was on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 from 4-6 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Viroqua; and on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 9-10:30 a.m. at the church.  Thorson-Popp Funeral and Cremation Services in Viroqua is entrusted with his services.
