Tammy Lee Wentworth, 62, of Muscoda, peacefully passed away on the morning of March 22, 2025, surrounded by her children and many loved ones. A visitation was held from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda.
