Thaddeus B. Peak, age 94 of Prairie du Chien,  passed away peacefully on Monday, September 18, 2023, surrounded by family. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 21, from 9-11 a.m., at Faith Community Church, 1110 E. Cass Street, Prairie du Chien. 

The Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. at the church. The Prairie du Chien Honor Guard will provide military honors. A private interment will be held later at the Maple Ridge Cemetery in Boscobel.
