Thomas J. Manning, 92, passed away at Aberdeen Village in Olathe, Kan., on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014. Services will be held Saturday, Feb. 22 at 11 a.m. at Community Christian Church, 4601 Main, Kansas City, Mo.
