Todd O. Bell, 26, of Eastman, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012 at the Mayo Clinic Health System of La Crosse from complications of DuChenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Prairie du Chien with Reverend Lynn Schreck officiating. Interment will be in the National Cemetery in Eastman. Friends may call on Wednesday, November 14 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien and at the church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of services.

The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien assisted the family with arrangements.

John Baures, 63, of Mt. Sterling, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 21, at his home. He was born on October 4, 1961, to the late James and Delores (Kaiser) Baures in the Gays Mills area. John attended North Crawford High School and afterwards, he went straight into the work force, working for Cleary Building in construction and BAPI as a factory worker.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Vosseteig Funeral Home in Gays Mills. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the time of the service. John will be laid to rest at the Gays Mills Cemetery. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.vossfh.com.
