Udell B. Ames, 80, Potosi, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 20 at Orchard Manor Nursing Home in Lancaster.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Tennyson. Father Richard Leffler officiated. Burial was at Van Buren Cemetery in Potosi. Visitation was on Monday, July 24 from 3–7 p.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church and on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the church.  Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Potosi is assisting the family.
