Virginia Rowe, age 89, of Lancaster was called home to the Lord on June 16, 2023. The celebration of life open house for family and friends will be held at her home in Lancaster on July 15th from 1:00 to 4:00. A private family service will be held graveside in Iowa. In lieu of plants and flowers, a charitable donation can be made in her name to the First Presbyterian Church or the PEO.
