The lone home track and field meet on Hillsboro’s 2014 schedule was wiped out due miserable weather last Thursday afternoon.

The cold, windy conditions that feathered a side order of intermittent rained forced the cancelation of the Hillsboro Tiger Invitational.

The meet will not be made up.

The Tigers, who last competed at the Cashton Invitational on April 26, were scheduled  return to action Tuesday at the Bangor Invitational.

Hillsboro will next travel to the Viroqua Invitational on Monday before traveling to the Boscobel Sparky Reynolds Invitational on May 16.
