Jeremiah Jay Larson, 44 of Muscoda, died early Tuesday morning, April 30th, at UW Health Hospital in the comfort of his family. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at the Pratt Memorial Chapel in Richland Center. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at the Pratt Memorial Chapel from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 5:00 p.m., with a dinner at Park Street Christian Church to follow. To honor Jeremy the family suggests people wear a shirt from their favorite band to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism or the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
